Reason for Charge

You're seeing a charge for your enrollment in The Wilson Method Online training services, designed to elevate communication skills for professionals across various industries. Please be advised that all charges require your direct, signed consent to be processed.

Unrecognized Charge?

Should this charge seem unfamiliar, we recommend consulting with your organizational team. It's common for registrations to be made by another member of your organization on behalf of the team.

Requesting an Invoice

Upon issuing a charge, we automatically dispatch an invoice to the email you provided at signup, followed by a payment receipt.

Canceling Your Account

Cancellation is straightforward and can be done anytime. Simply log into your account, visit the “My Account” section, click on the cancellation link, and follow the prompt for confirmation. Cancellation is effective immediately, and while there are no further billing implications, previous charges must be settled.

About Your Free Trial

Each new user enjoys a 30-day free trial without incurring any charges. To prevent subsequent charges post-trial, cancellation must occur on, or before, the last day of the 30 day trial period. We ensure you're reminded to cancel if you choose during this period.

Refund Policy

Please note our fees are non-refundable. Cancellation prevents future billing but does not affect past transactions. Our commitment is to a pay-as-you-go model, which means no long-term commitments or hidden fees, providing you the freedom to terminate the service at will. This refund stance was agreed upon at account setup and payment authorization.

Billing Date Adjustments

Unfortunately, billing dates are set and cannot be shifted or postponed. In case of payment difficulties, the system will retry charging over subsequent days before account suspension occurs. Account reactivation and payment updates can be managed by logging back into your account.
